no mate i bought it form tyneside, there is a couple of garages in york but to be honest i find york prices more expensive than elssewhere!! so bought from up north.

message for coconut; just dropped it off at ford now and mentioned the gearbox thrash thing, i kinda said "i know its a common thing but can you check it out......blah, blah." ford man then said no its not a common thing on the connects and didnt say as much, but got the impression that i should be worried!!

anyway fingers crossed its all well n nothing else is up with it! when i get it back ill get some pics up, if i do say so myself ive done an amazing job with the bulkhead thang! lol

I've recently brought myself a 53 plate T220 lwb 75ps TDDi connect, see pics in gallery section, and love it

Mine had 62k on the clock and cost me £5800 minus £500 trade in on my old Combo van

The TDDi is less powerful then the TDCi models and can not be made to make as much power as the TDCi models, but they are better on fuel according to Ford!?

Wow! £5800? I got my 53 plate 81000k, T220 lwb 75ps TDDi connect for £3295 in April this year, with 2 side doors! It isn't in perfect condition though, with a few dents etc, and it did have a starting problem which was fixed at the cost £200 and a faulty stereo (cost me £60 for a CD replacement off Ebay). According to the Ford Dealer, the starting problem was a broken Exhaust gas sensor wire.
