how easy is it to take the head off to paint, i am considering painting my I/C cover and rocker cover now (maybe airbox) now i have seen yours

1 fine coat u-pol plastic primer in a rattle can (comes out like water)then 3 coats of 2k primer from a gun

did you mean the rocker cover?

will have to take the intercooler pipes off disconnect a wire harness then 3 8mm bolts on the top and a couple of breathers. 5-10 minute job

i replaced the rocker cover gasket as i had a oil leak (cost from ford was £22) its still leaking alittle :(

weekend job is to pull the dashboard apart to fined the bluetooth module,as it not working.

did ask my local ford dealer and they are not sure where abouts it is :roll:

i got sent that picture yesterday, bloke on ebay supply and spray? let me know what the finish is like, if good im gona get mine done :D :D

I did both front wheel bearings, driver side ball joint, droplinks and a full service, roads in cumbria are getting as bad as a third world country roads.

i think both large and small but not sure :? let me know if you find out any info dag ..
