Fixed the locking Fuel door, a case of removing and soaking the lock in some paraffin for 10 minutes then dry off and re/grease, reinstall and bingo can now lock/unlock without the need of a flat bladed screw driver that the last owner gladly gave me for when I need to re fuel.

Replaced the 4 plastic roof bolts with some nice new M8 x 25mm bolts and sealed.

Still need to look at the micro switch on the wiper motor, all in all getting the small jobs done slowly but surely shirley :D

Nice looking van, if it was mine I would colour code the bumpers but leave some Black highlights. Just my opinion, either way van looks mint!

Colour Codings definitely on the cards, but might do the arches gloss black and just colour code the bumpers :?

So far I have blanked the EGR, got a K&N panel filter ran a cold air feed and had the Center box section of the exhaust removed and a straight pipe fitted, this is all on a 2008 110 hi spam connect and what a difference it's made,
And it also makes a lovely dump valve type noise if I change gear on boost yum yum, oh and the turbo hisses like a barstardo too, so when I chip it it should be fun, I need to race a modified one as I need a comparison as to what to aim for !
Who's local to Medway towns Kent with a modified one ?
NEED TO GO LOW LOW LOW XXXX
