In the last couple of days it's had the tape plasyer swapped for a cd player its been serviced, both front drop links replaced, EGR blocked off, Focus lower airbox and snorkel, K&N filter, guts removed from the Cat. I must say it runs alot smoother and revs alot cleaner and better. Amazed at what these cheap little mods have done to my 75bhp van.
Gonna build a bit racking/shelving in the back tomorrow and carpet the cab side of the bulkhead and fit a couple of those stretchy storage net thingies like you get on the rear of airplane seats above the seats on the carpeted bulkhead.

Need a nice steering wheel and gear knob next.

Then at some point get it mapped. Not bad considering i've only had it 2 weeks.

Fited new aerial base and mast, bit of a chore, had to remove the shelf, sunvisors and lower the headliner but at least it's done now. Then made shelving for the rear for my tools and stuff, still got plenty of space left to fit the mountain bikes and any Vespa's/Lambretta's which might need picked up.

Chore? You must've done something wrong?
