Fixed internal lights by doing the "remove the fuse" trick.

Tried out the magic trim restorer off Mod Your Transit but it started to snow again so only done the door handle and rub strip on drivers side.

Went round all the plastics with the magic restorer stuff from "Mod Your Transit" it's good stuff, gonna give it a little second coat tomorrow.

Also pulled the fuse for the dash for the umteenth time this week, I worked out why I need to keep doing it I think, I've been testing a couple of old Ford stereos i've got and think it must be when i've been removing them it must do summat somewhere.

Finished line vel-triming the inside of the roof so now its all stone grey and black now plus got my chrome bulbs for the cleared repeaters that are coming

very happy got rear disc brakes fitted to my van today. they are a big improvement and job was done in less than 30 minutes

I expected it to be done on a driveway somewhere with basic tools but he owns his owns and runs his own garage !!!!!
mind you, i did get abit worried to start with when a member of his staff took a cutting torch to my van but it was only the cut through the bolts lol

i even got 3 months warranty. would recommend to anyone.

Update on project connect 2004

After seeking fleabay for a set of full leather Mondeo ST200 seats for the connect, there was one set i was biding on but alarm bells started ringing when one bidder out bided himself 9 times so the price went up nearly £150 plus it was £100 to ship them, plus they were not in very good condition, the bolster was worn and the driver seat stitching in the join between the seat and back rest bit was starting to split, 2 days after i stopped bidding the auction was cancelled.

Anyway enough of that story back to the subject in question............Not really (done today as such) but i have snapped these bad boys which are immaculate without a scratch on them, rub a leather cleaner over them and bingo i feel like ive stolen them off the fella as i got them for a very impressive £70 and have spoken to Valetech at modyourtransit and will be getting them fitted in soon......
