Yes i primed the dash but cleaned it with hot soapy water and then brake cleanered it after.
Then i primered it with plastic primer (about 3 cans) and then left to bakr.
Then used matt black as didnt want it shiny. Used about 3 cans again for good coverage.
So much better thsn grey.
One new radio surround is fitted it will look finished in the cab.

My only concern would be the sun beaming through the front screen and either discolouring or flaking the paint, fair play though mate for having the balls! Definitely an improvement 8)

Not sure about the sunshine yet.
Worth a try and sure will find out. Not a pig really as marsked everything up to get a real good spray going.

Yeah mate bumpers and wheel arches have been sprayed black.
But I have a new later front bumper having some 'tweaking' done to it by "modyourtransit" for me before being sprayed.
Got new rear bumper as well in white to be fitted and white side skirts.

Well I fitted my new vacum pipes as well. Got bored again so did something else to it that ticks off the list.

I got them from the Fordfair but its a company called Boostjunkies.
It came with 3,5,6mm pipes, t pieces and cable ties etc. Paid £20 @ show but normally £25.
I had to order 4mm as needed it for one pipe. Will be using for the washers as well.
If you look on Ebay loads of people sell them mate.
Will post link of who i got 4mm pipe from on Ebay.

Got new radio surround and got it painted to match my door handle surrounds.
Won't be fitting till i have a new radio sourced as the old one i have is ok but looking for something a little better.
Image

Also fitted my 110 Intercooler and new intercooler pipes over to blue.
Image

Also have a newly painted rocker to fit but am waiting on some Stainless pipes to be custom made for the pipes from the intercooler.
Image

Then i got into finishing doing my dashboard. Now i have no signs of the horrible grey. It has all gone. Good day to do it as I am off all week now so it can bake in the sunshine.
Image
Image

Once it has all finished then i will be removing the instrument cluster and changing the dials to the one i have had made.
Image

It is all coming together nicely now.

Interested in doing my radio surround how did you get it out?

How long did it take you to paint the dash?
