Well managed to get a short vid of my Intercooler hoses expanding !

I now require new rubber mounts

New silicone hoses will be alot better, May decide to fit stainless steel pipes as well, I think ?

I finally have the correct sizes for the Connect sportvan bonnet stripes

Once I have done a set for my connect, I will start producing more of them. will be available in any colour (standard vinyl) or in carbon fibre 3D textured effect (also available in any colour)

They will be this style (Unlike to the ones from ebay, which are too narrow !)

Hi Paul I have just been on ebay their is someone selling a set of ST wheels brand new £339 I am still looking at the moment I am shure I will come across some soon cheers.

Well here it has been fine & dry today, so I fitted the new N/S complete Driveshaft





Also fitted new N/S Anti-Roll Bar bush at the sametime.



Very easy to replace, I managed to squeeze my air gun in there to remove the 2 bolts (alot quicker then having to unbolt the subframe) Just need to replace the O/S bush !

Is the N/S complete Driveshaft a problem on the connect van as it seems quite a few people are changing this part.

Is the N/S complete Driveshaft a problem on the connect van as it seems quite a few people are changing this part.

I replaced the N/S shaft as the inner CV boot was split & Joint had loads of road grit in it. So Instead of fitting a new CV Joint with boot, I opted to replace the complete driveshaft. Which was alot quicker to change, plus it has 2 year warranty

I do know the common fault is with the O/S halve shaft bearing being worn out (causing vibration issues)
