My lowered LWB- HI-TOP

Used the axle flip method with front MK1 FOCUS RS Springs. Arse end is low but I've made and fitted adj hangers since just need more photos.
These are pictures before I fitted the adjustable rear hangers.

Was thinking of taking of hangers and putting another set of holes in to drop the back back down slightly or just put some bits in the back of it

It's nice to see something different.looks nice one thing to be careful of is setting the rear height up. It's a good idea to set it a little higher as it will drop when been driven

agree with Vale... give it time to settle, mine took a few days to settle in.

Yea I think I'll probably give it a few weeks driving to settle and make my mind up then.
Just need some of the shorter rear shocks gotta save some £££ first.

Looks spot on now and like you say with bits in the back will help it drop also it's a van so want to keep it useful, has function and form.

I'd have thought with the -60mm drop it would have been more level.

Itll need to settle a touch. That was pretty much straight off the jack.

I have a LWB Hi-Top too. Those are standard MK1 RS springs in the front? How much lower would you say the front is?

How much did you have to adjust the rear spring hangers? Any pictures?

What wheel width and offset? What size tire? Any rubbing?

The front TBH didnt SEEM to go down loads, when you hold the springs against each other the RS spring is loads shorter but the spring rates must be totally different. I never took specific before and after pics I just ploughed into getting it done I made new hangers with holes Aprox 80mm (centers) apart from orig hole.
Tyre size is 225-40-18 no rubbing and wheels are from a mondeo st. I've got no pics of rear hangers sorry. I might be able to get under and take a few later.
Get yours done and there will be 3 of us hi-tops lowered
