If it's not un-balanced wheels, what is it?

Postby hat » Fri Aug 31, 2012 3:01 pm

Re: 2006 Connect 1.8.
I'm experiencing the typical wobble through the steering wheel that you get when the wheels are out of balance. I've had the wheels re-balanced with no improvement.
I'd appreciate any suggestions as to what else it might be.

Investigate and check the driveshafts.
Very common fault that causes alot of vibration and when gets really bad can cause power reduction.

Thanks everyone! It was the r/h d'shaft.
I've changed a few on this van during its 321000 miles, but hadn't experienced those symptoms before from a d'shaft, hence my query.
