Left hand drive Torneo Connect

Hi,have sold my connect to my sister in Scotland. I live in Germany and its a left hooker. I see a couple of guys here have the Torneo the same as mine and want to know what I have to do to make it uk ready for my sister. Anyone got a couple of rhd headlights for sale and a speedo cluster.If so would like to hear from you. Regards Nedges

Just changed mine to a pair of tinted ones so old ones available.

well thats the headlights sorted above, as for the speedo. There is one on e-bay which shows mph as the main reading but also has kmh in smaller below. My Tourneo is still on a spanish reg plate as i spend 8 months of the year working there and then ive never had any problems driving about in the uk with my reg plates for the other 4 months.

Hi Graham thanks for quick reply. How much to send them to Manchester as going to visit my parents first.Leaving wed night getting ferry to hull. Not so easy to keep mine on German plates Mattvik would make life easy if I could LOL.

Hi Graham arrive in Hull at 8 Thurs morning dont know how long it takes to get off the ferry,then heading off to Manchester for a couple of days so if you want to arrange a meet when I come off the ferry no problem.Regards Nedges

If you come over the Humber Bridge to the end of the A15 I could meet you at Barnetby Top and you can then continue along M180/M18 back onto M62 to Manchester. Have a look at the lights and if ok take them with you. Cost wise cheaper than posting as box is a fair size although not that heavy.

Just got back after delivering my connect to my sister in Scotland 1500km as usual my connect ran smooth as a whistle.Job done now back in Germany and already missing my connect,how sad is that. Thanks to the guys that posted. Although now connect less will still keep looking what goes on here as I have found the site a big help and full of friendly people with lots of useful info about the connect.Keep up the good work guys
