New clutch slipping!

Hi, iv just rebuilt my transit connect after an engine overhaul and new flywheel, clutch and release bearing/slave cylinder. I took van out yesterday and the clutch is slipping, Im sure I'll need to remove it again as must be a problem with release bearing, but I would appreciate any info or opinions. Thanks

oh no im just in the process of changing my clutch today only thing i can suggest is is the flywheel worn and was the clutch the exact same as the old one
