Few niggling problems

Hiar guys
Couple of things That I've noticed thats worrying me I've attempted to fit a spare power socket in the back I found the wire plugged it in but nothing read somewhere that you need a fuse but can't find the actual hole for it non of the fuse are in the right place. The little chart means nothing.

Also there's a whistling noise every time I accelerate.
