lack off power

hi my wee transit 55 plate has lost some power starts fine and runs fine ,for about a mile then starts to hold back a bit ,dose not stutter on miss fire runs good just lacks the boost when it cools down, start driving full power again then about a mile does the same again,on a gradual hill on the motorway i have to change down when i shouldent have to someone sugested turbo boost sensor ,its been servised new filters no change ,thanks for any help iam stuck with no idea ,paul.

Get a diagnostics plugged in, look for fault codes and at live data and you should find the problem
