Sound system help

I hvmave fitted a double din alpine stereo in my connect (2005) and the ford speakers am was rubbish so I bought some alpine 13cm speaker fitted them and there not better I want good sound but don't want have a sub... Any suggestions ?

Honestly, out ford stereo back in and turn up bass...
My expensive Sony 4 x 50wrms stereo had no bass compared to the cd6000..
Nuts eh.
Defo recommend some rear speakers too, in boxes or doors will add some thump!

It's wired how the ford stereo is better than a alpine stereo but it is :x

Make sure the pozz and neg going to the speakers are the right way round as if they aint you will loose quality

What speakers did you buy (code)

swap the wires over on one side of the van and see which side sounds the best its that long since i messed with connect spekers i cant remember

an amp wont make it sound any better it will just make it louder whatis the model number of the speakers your using

They are the standard ford ones in an 05 I was going to use sound matting in doors put some planet audio speakers in and planet audio amp 8)
