f super

hi all, just a wee question. my van is an tdci 03 reg van but i looked up the ford site to find out my van was made in oct 02, now iv got the fsuper and i coded in my new injectors or so i thought , i used the formidble software, iv since been told that the f super might not code my injectors in because van is pre june 03, my van is way down on power and uses lots of diesel, i also noticed my actuator arm on turbo is loose but it was loose before i changed injectors and van still had way more power than it has now, i know il have to change my exhaust manifold and all that but first things first, if my injectors are not coded in as i thought then would that effect power :? van wont do more than 40mph and when it sees a hill  well i could walk up it quicker than the van gose up it.. any thoughts on this?

When I changed my injectors, I didn't get them coded - just followed the supplied instructions with the injectors. The van ran fine, although did use more diesel than usual.
The codes were then entered about a week later and the van ran like a bag of shite. Bad knock and poor acceleration. The codes were re-entered again the following day and everything worked a treat.

thanks for the info, did you use the fsuper to code them in? and did you code them in with fireing order or just 1 2 3 4 from the timing belt end?
