Wish to change side light bulbs... Advice Needed..

Good evening All, I am wanting to change my side light bulbs to white ones instead of the yellow look ones. There are LED and Canbus ones on ebay but I don't know if they will throw up a fault as I think I have Canbus wiring. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks
