Knock sound like back passenger side

Sorry if this has been asked before my 2003 connect transit van 1.8tdci has a slight knock when i travel on some of these road which is a bit bumpy sounds at back passenger side also there is a squeaky rubber noise on smooth road no noise at all.Thanks
