Fog Lamps - Which Way Up?

OK chaps - cannot find the answer to this ...

Some time ago I removed my old corroded fog lamps and bought a pair of shiny new ones. However, I failed to note which way up they were before removing them; is the adjuster at the top or the bottom? Would some kind soul that owns a Connect between 2002 and 2006 please take a look behind their front bumper and tell me the answer? Even my local MOT man didn't know because, as he said, "We don't check the focal length, just whether they are on or off!"

Thanks - I'll check that out but they are OEM stuff rather than dear old Ford ones ...
