Van completely dead after rear impact

Hi everyone.

My 06 connect was rear ended this morning. The only damage was the bumper is bent under slightly. Nothing major, no damage to painted bodywork or lights.

Then driving back from work I turned my lights on and everything died. After googling at the side of the road it seems to be an earth strap fuse which is the cause if there is no life what so ever....I can't find it!

The two incidents must be related...maybe a short at the back? What are your thoughts?
