Grey paint to match rear bumper?

Evening all, happy new Connect owner here!

I've just picked up a 2008 LWB today and overall it's in fantastic condition but there are a few bits I want to tidy up. The case in point is a bit of surface rust on the rear bumper - the paint has flaked off in one area. I can clean it up easily enough but was wondering what the paint code is that I need to get a match?
