2014 transit connect ac problems

Hi, hoping someone can help.. I’ve a 2014 connect and the ac isn’t working. It’s now at the garage and after a condenser, compressor and 2 new hoses, they tell me it’s “still blowing” things and now has another leak... Their explanation is that they believe it’s pressurizing the system and causing something to fail. Has anybody heard of this / can anyone shed any light on what it could be?

Could something be blocked? They have said it runs (warm) then blows..
