Dash Rattle - When Idling - How to stop it??

Hi,
I have a 2013 Ford Transit Connect. It has this constant annoying rattle when I am idling at stops like red lights and sitting in traffic. Is this something that needs to go to the dealer?? Or can I have my regular mechanic fix it? It is really annoying. Otherwise love my van.
