transit connect fuel pressures. faulty injectors?

my van is a 2011 connect 1.8 tdci, i have the dreaded stutter appear on my connect at low revs 1500-2000 rpm approx i have a donor connect that did not have this problem and have used it to swap over everything available except the injectors and it has not solved the problem.
now using forscan have checked the injectors and it seems the fuel pressure may be low could anyone who knows what hey are looking at view the pics attached and give me a idea on what to change next.

the photo shows at idle then revving to 2000rpm then back to idle on a cold engine ( notice cyl3 drops instead of increase?? )
