2014 ltd cruise control not working dtc errors

Hi all.
My 2014 transit connect limiteds cruise control does not function.... i got nothing displaying on the dash info pod at all when any of the control buttons are pressed.
When scanning the vehicle i get the below codes
p0564:82-2e Cruise control (cc) multi-function input A Circuit and p0564:00-2e Cruise control (cc) multi-function input A Circuit

This vehicle had cc as standard out of the factory. Hoping someone has more specific info on here rather than the generic on the web.
