Speaker wiring

Really cannot got my head round this! Anyone know what colour wires the '+ & -' are for the front door speakers? I tried to replace mine today thinking they would be a Lucar Connector but no, it was a Ford plug. Plus I want to add in extra speakers and amps,etc to the rear of my 6000CD so if anyone can help with the speaker output colours for all 4 speakers it would be most appreciated, cheers. What year is the van? I am pretty sure that the earlier standard 6000 head units put into the connects don't have outputs for rear speakers..... It is however very simple to upgrade the head unit, giving you all the options you need for adding amps and other more powerful speakers.
