Air con fault

Postby Charliebucket » Mon Jun 08, 2020 1:21 pm

Hi all.
I have a fault with the air con on my 2004 220.
I have found a post with a fault work through and got to the point where is says to check fuse 26. Fuse is fine but there is no power getting to it so the work through suggests to check wiring (for a break I would assume).
I’ve had a look but can’t see anything but to be fair, I’ve not found all the circuit.

Is there anywhere that seems to be a common problem with the wiring? Just wondering if anyone has rectified this same fault on their own van.

There is no power at the compressed either if that helps.

Cheers.

Having the same issue with my RWD too. It worked last year and yes, I know, it should be regularly used so as to keep the gas circulating and the compressor in good order.

Solenoid doesn't activate and fuse is fine.
