Oil leak please help.

I got a 2005 Ford Transit connect 2 weeks ago. Has had a new MOT and with no advisories.

For a day was fine nothing wrong and done 400 miles in first 24 of owning it. In morning i noticed a oil puddle on the floor. I know common fault is oil filter so checked there. no oil above the filter but was below it. so i seen where the problem was so i got a new oil filter, sadly this hasn't stopped the oil.

The leak only starts when the van build up pressure, the oil looks like oil filter and it is dripping on the right drive shaft gaiter too. I used a oil filter strap to tighten it and can't get it any tighter.

Please help if need photos can send them tomaz if i get time if not can send them defo on saturday.
