2014 1.6tdci Transit Connect - How To Remove Limiter!

Looking for information on how to remove a 70mph limiter from a 2014 1.6 connect. It has been to the ford dealership twice, and they have had no luck saying it has to be aftermarket, and wasn't fitted from factory.

If anyone could shed some light on how it would be possible to remove, either if it's something I can physically remove, or how to go about removing it from the 'computer'

I can't get anything out of a ford dealer, so I'm struggling here, I don't know where else to go except a forum database
