2004 Tddi immobiliser problem

I’ve recently purchased a 2004 lwb connect non runner but I’m in desperate need of some help

It’s got an immobiliser problem. The little red light on the dash flashes like mad when the key is in the II position
Sometimes it’ll read the key and run for 10 seconds or so but then cuts out, anyone got any ideas before I start throwing parts at it??

You need to wait until the red LED stops flashing furiously, and it will blink a 2 digit code, which should
help to identify where the problem is

I’ve done the flashy light thing to get the fault code. It says code 15 anyone know what that means?

My van has an issue with the immobiliser. Is it possible to delete or bypass the Ford PATS system?

Code 15 is the wrong key.

Do you have multiple keys on your key ring?

The key could be damaged

Do you have another key?

And no, the immobiliser can't be bypassed/removed
