2014 connect heated screen stopped working

Evening all.
My 2014 transit connect limited heated front screen has stopped working.... worked fine yesterday... both 40 amp fuses are fine, relay is ok, button illuminates on the dash when depressed but not one single tell tale defrost line appears in the ice...
I find it strange that it has stopped completely & not just one side etc which would be the case surely if it was one broken / unplugged terminal etc

Is it possible that you battery or charging system is below par? I believe that the BCM won't turn on the screen if the power is not up to scratch

Fitted a new battery a while back & alternator was pushing out 14+ volts at the time but will re check .

OK it was worth checking.

Have you checked for voltage on the screen terminals when it's supposed to be on

Not yet. Will do that next. I assume its the two tails under the front scuttle by the wiper blades ? Is it 12 volts or less ?
