Alarm won't shut up

I have a problem with my Ford Transit Connect 2011. A few days ago the battery went dead and since then the function of the key has disappeared and I can't shut of the alarm. Have tried all possible things but nothing works. Is there a fuse in the fuse box that you can take out so the alarm will shut off. The weird thing is that I can start the car even if the alarm goes off all the time. I DESPERATELY NEED HELP.
