Focus engine dropped in connect mk1

After swapping engine ecu ignition barrel. She fired up first time. Flew through mot, except speedo dose not work. I replaced vsc/crankshaft sensor still no speedo. Anybody got any ideas, forscan live data works i get pic of data.

Youre in the wrong section......Mk1&2 transit 1st generation as in 1965-1986 Not an ECU or EFI in sight here

Depending on MY- late Focus mk1, uses ABS for Speedo.
2002-2006 Connects uses Speed Sensor (VSS) on Gearbox

P0100 Mass or Volume Air Flow "A" Circuit
P0487 Exhaust Gas Recirculation Throttle Control Circuit "A" / Open
P0500 Vehicle Speed Sensor "A"
U1262 SCP (J1850) Communication Bus Fault

Reset all codes. only control train error code comes up now. same engine bruv the vss is on this 2002 focus ztec my connect harness fits straight on, so the modual on the ecu for focus is using abs whhel speed sensors as The spedo input when in fact should be looking for the connects vss modual. I could put old ecu on but so much to code.
