Air conditioning

Could anyone tell me if a transit connect has air conditioning installed as standard?
I have just bought a 2014 connect maxi from a dealer who, when i told him the air con would need to be fixed, said that it doesnt have air con.
Is this true? If not, what recourse do i have? I bought it on friday last week.
Any helpful advice appreciated.

Connect ‘maxi’, what country are you in? In the uk the Limited and Sport have air con as standard, on others it was an option.

Not all model versions have air conditioning. Has it got an A/C button on the dash? This is the first port of call.

Good point about the recirculation button. I suppose it would fool some people into thinking that.
