Transist Connect - Cough and turn off

I am desperate, this is my transit connect 2007 1.8 R2PA engine.

Suddenly the engine begins to “cough” something fails but I cannot even identify it (electric, fuel, Mechanical) it does not respond to the accelerator and it jumps as it advances, then it turns off.

When reading the codes in ODB2 it returned "P0490 EGR" so we removed the intake manifold and egr valve that we replaced with a new one and a new manifold. (the manifold had a broken gas inlet shaft).

after this, the problem persists. I am going to upload a video where you can see what happens, hoping that you can help me identify where to keep looking
