Ford transit connect power train Light

Looking for some advice. so the van has been producing black smoke out of the exhaust so i assumed that it was either The DPF CLOGGED or something like that. I added some cat clean and drove the van rather vigorously and it started stuttering above three and a half thousand revs. Then it lost all power. I pulled over and attempted to restart the van and nothing refused to start I gave it a few mins tried again then it started.

I managed to gingerly drive the van home. When i go back i plugged the Van in and got these codes P0090,P0089,P0087 all pointing to the fuel rail or pressure switch. when i brought the van was told it had been done. so any ideas please.
