Clips for triangular panel at top of wing needed

Not had any luck finding a part number on the zap site - that would help
sorry no pictures of originals because they just fell into many paces getting them out

They are quite different than the clips that hold the wheel arch spats on

i even tried modifying the wheel arch clips to make them work ..it did not work out

There are three in total on each side

looked through ebay ..problems putting description to describe what i want

tried
transit connect wing retainer clips
transit connect wing retainers
transit connect wing clips
transit connect mirror panel clips
transit connect mirror clips
transit connect mirror retainer

plus many combinations of the above ..and not found them

The part number would help as i think these would fit many other ford cars

help much appreciated

My FAILED efforts below . i can make them fit into the back of the triangular panel ..but they are too short and stubby to be able to be pushed into holes in the metal.

Are those the clips with circular tops to them mate?

what was there before was all one piece - a circular plastic washer followed by two square thin things that fit into the back of the trim panel

this is what is left of one ..(the lug bit circled red where it was, this goes into the steel hole ) has fallen into the panel

Oh ok, odd that they have the square rear fastening to them I have never had to remove mine, so I have learned something! Have a look at this seller on fleabay that I have used before, and see if there is something that you could use... Looks promising, you could always tailor them to fit if the rest of the diameters stack up maybe

well after fishing the other end out ...don't know if i can say with certainty ..but they look identical to the Peugeot ones. see picture below

note if you need to take the wing off, this panel covers the top bolt on the wing.



other clips i used on my van that i can vouch for as good follow:

i had to take the wing to off replace damaged windscreen water tank mounting plastic plug/nut . complete successes identical parts

The Peugeot ones arrived this morning and worked like a charm.

Note: whenever you use these type of fixings, if its not summer soak them in boiling water.
