Not too sure. This is how mine looks. I will have to have a butchers at it tomorrow in the daylight to see where it goes. Definitely looks like some kind of modification though :?: :?

Yes looked at 100's of pics, they are like yours all the same - no cable .

mine looks like an original fitting though.

like i said, not sure if it was connected up or not.

Sorry, only trying to help. It obviously isn't an original fitting if you have looked at 100's of pictures and they are like mine. I for one have never seen that arrangement before in that area.

OK thanks , will have to trace it to where it goes to., Looks like it was in the past connected to the live terminal of the battery ..from there is goes through what i think is a fused link ..which you can see the arrow pointing to,, then goes up the side of the inner wing , follows a path through holes and grommets , is surrounded by the exact same cable armouring that is on the rest of the vehicle has ...it enters the bulkhead through a hole and goes in towards the dash, will have to have a look to see what happens after that .
Probably nothing to do with it - something dropped out of the dash a few months ago that looked like a computer game expansion device /card ?
