Connect SWB bulkhead.

I am looking to remove my bulkhead from connect SWB 3 seats but I really need to keep the middle seat belt. I am thinking maybe a steel beam floor to ceiling and using that to connect seatbelt too. Has anyone done anything similar or know what other options I have please. But remember I need my middle seatbelt to work correctly and pass MOT. TIA
