Flasher Relay location on 2009 Plate

Hi Everyone!

for someone reason my indicators have stopped emitting the clicking sound which usually points to the flasher relay. On older models it was next to the steering column, however in this van (2009) I cannot seam to find it. Wondering if its now part of the instrument cluster or I am looking in the wrong place?
