Rear wheel bearing dimensions

Postby Almo » Mon Sep 19, 2022 12:37 pm

Hi there, I have a rear wheel bearing on the way out and will be ordering a new one. It appears you have to buy the whole flange assembly with the bearing in it. For the 2002 - 2011 models are the dimensions of the flange all the same or are there model/year variations? Cheers, Al.

Appears to be so.
Just had a look at ebay.
You need to look for abs or non-abs
plus some have short wheel studs for steel wheels ..some have long wheel studs for alloy wheels ..and it doesn't say or mention that on many listings.....if you end up with a short stud one ..and you have alloy wheels ...no good...so watch out.

all the best..mark

Thanks Mark, good info. I have to get this right as I'm ordering the parts from England and I'm based in New Zealand. Covid has really hiked the freight costs.
