Transit courier still knocking after new injectors

Hi all new around here, joined a while ago but think this is my first post. I have a 2018 Transit courier 1.5 and have had many issues with it. To start we had a dpf warning and had the dpf cleaned and encountered a knock in the top end that sounded like a diesel knock, I replaced a broken vacumn pump and cleaned egr, inlet manifold, intercooler and other parts, replaced the turbo (snapped turbine), changed the oil twice (replaced ran for a day and replaced again) and the knock went away, drove the van for a week and suddenly it returned, so we had the injectors tested and 2 came up faulty so replaced the 2 injectors which came from an injector place in Essex that did the test and we then later as the knock was still there replaced the other 2 from an online supplier. We now still have a knock and lots of white smoke when cold (not run long enough to heat up as worried) is there anyone out there with any clue. As for codes we are coming up with no error codes as when we had the items replaced or cleaned we cleared faults when the van worked well but as I say now no codes just a knock and white smoke oh also no lose of coolant.

I've heard that sometimes the knock is not from the injectors but from badly seated injectors ..

so maybe have a look at the seats and sealing washers .

There are not many people here who have experience to draw on for the 1.5 ...well not me for sure
