Service now and power loss when taking foot off accelerator!

Hi folks, have a very frustrating problem with a 2017 ford connect limited, stop start, so the van will drive as normal, until you take your foot off the accelerator. It takes around 2 seconds, then boom. Its extremely frustrating as its only throwing up the code p1102 maf lower than expected. Replacement air flow fitted and a genuine ford part and no difference, egr and dpf deleted and drilled, even fitted a new turbo. Some help would be much appreciated
