Engine swap from Focus compatible?

Hi Gents,

I have a 2011 Transit Connect 1.8tdci, bought it recently with a failed engine as a weekend project.
I have just been offered a low mileage engine from a Ford Focus 1.8tdci, 2004 year.
I wondered if the engine is compatible if I strip all the ancillaries off it and fit mine on?
If I swap the inlet manifold/egr, alternator/fuel pump/oil cooler/turbo/injectors, basically everything- will I run into any compatibilty problems?
I guess the 2004 engine will be chain driven rather than wet belt which would be a bonus, as I think wet belt failure killed the engine in mine.
