2011 connect 90/T220 trend

van as per title, connected to Forscan, and its pretty much useless with this vehicle, is that correct, or are we doing something wrong

im used to plugging it into a 2012 mk7 transit, for which it was marvelous

pls advise

Has someone, by any chance, disabled the connecting port on the van?

Forscan works OK on both my 2011 and 2012 Focus's but the vans may have a different protocol

the OBD port works fine on my other scanner, and it spent 2 days this week in the garage having work done and it works fine on their snap-on equipment, he also has forscan, its going back in on tuesday, so ill ask him to see if his forscan works

ive heard that the latest version of forscan now needs a different interface cable ..elm 327 no good now in certain instances
