Transit connect automatische versnellingsbak

I have a Transit Connect from September 2021 and now 2 years and 9 months and 85,000 km further, the automatic gearbox is broken and the repair costs are 7,100 euros. The car has had its services, 2 at the dealer and 2 at a universal garage. This is not normal, are there others with this problem? And this should be covered by a warranty, right?
