2. Crankshaft bolt can be very tight, it has loctite on it
take note of this video from 10 mins in...its a 2l mondeo ..but you are going through the same set of problems.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=toKv2yUoU6Ycrankshaft pulley has to be looked at to determine if it is worn out ...meaning that it has a rubber insulator / torsional vibration damper, a common fault, this rubber likes to crack ..and the consequences can leave you stranded when the pulley falls off...so examine for cracks .
putting bolt back - There will be a torque sequence for this bolt

3. engine mount bolts are into aluminium. careful !
..the nut may come out with a stud attached to it
They are maybe 15mm and make sure you use a hexagon 6 sided socket on them ..
under no circumstances should you use a bi-hexagon 12 sided socket unless they are 12 sided nuts and bolts
Use 6 sided sockets ..
never 12 sided on any bolt that requires them
Clean the dirt and grime off the pulleys before fitting new belt.
Stop whilst water pump is off ..as it is a -
VERY GOOD TIME TO DO A COMPLETE COOLANT FLUSH--when the whole job finished, replace with the latest P-oat 10 year antfreeeze
Recommended.
Use a Ford timing belt
or
"DAYCO" - "High Tenacity" timing belt
