D ring locations

Hello all, I've recently bought a 2018 Connect that was formerly used as a refridgeration van. It has been returned mostly to its original state but its doesn't have any D-rings fitted to the floor, there are location holes where I think the D-rings should be fitted but they are approx 20mm wide and covered with plastic bungs with no threads underneath for the D-rings to screw into, am I looking in the wrong place or is the thread a separate item that needs to be bought?

Problem solved, I opened my eyes a little further and found them hidden under a layer of white silicone.
