2021 ford transit connect MK2 1.5 TDCI Eur06 EGR COOLER repl

Hi, has any one changed the EGR Cooler on this type of van. I an forever filling the coolant up, within 2 to 3 day it's below the min mark.
There are No leaks anywhere on the van, i have carried out a Coolant Pressure Test and all would look fine.
Only when driving the van the coolant goes down.
I have been advised the EGR Cooler is at the back of the engine.
Does anyone have any pictures and or a video of this being done.

The only way to test your idea that its the EGR cooler that is leaking , is to take the pipes off the EGR cooler and connect them together...so bypassing it ..run for a few days then see if the coolant is still being used up.
