What’s this part called ?

Can anyone help me identify what this part is called, half is taken off but I’m not sure what it actually is, it a Ford transit connect 2011

EGR - not half, whole EGR i think
mine has a early primitive one, so not completely sure, if there are differences in design as each year goes by.
look at these pictures .. and turn your head upside down to put it in the same orientation as yours .. sorry best i could do as all sellers never show it in the same orientation as you would see in your picture
