Ford diagnostics

Had my tddi plug into ford diagnostics they said that there was no faults, tested componants, came up with the injectors were not fluctuating as they should & need to replace them , so i did , but guess what, it is still the same ,you have to thrash nuts of it to go,no torque loads of fuel , no smoke,injection pump has like a rattle to it ,don't know if these do that as haven't driven another, ANY THOUGHTS WELCOME.Regards TIM
